How to meet the driver ?

The driver will hold a board name with your name on it and waiting for you at the outside of the arrival lobby.
There are two arrival lobbies ( A1 & A2 if you arrive from the international flights and A & B if you arrive from the domestic flights )
In case: If you can not see the driver after 5 minutes looking around at your arrival lobby, it means that either you or the driver are standing at the wrong lobby, so please walk some seconds to the other lobby nearby to find him.
If you can not see him after few minutes looking around at both lobbies, please contact me immediately by a call or message via facebook or WhatsApp:
It takes normally 45 minutes to go through immigration and collect your luggages at the international terminal and 30 minutes for national terminal, or even more depending on the flight statue.
How to book ?
( 1 ) For Airport pick up, please provide:
- Arrival date.
- Flight number & arrival time ( International or Domestic Arrival )
- Your name to pick up.
- The number of people in your group.
- Hotel's name and its address in Ha Noi .
( 2 ) For Airport drop off, please provide:
- Leaving date and Pick up time you want.
- Hotel's name, its address and room number.
- Your name.
- To the International or Domestic flights.
- Your flight depature time.
* Please send me your booking details, I will send you a reservation and will re-confirm the booking 24 hours before you arrive to make sure everything booked smoothly.

Notes:
Passengers should arrive at the airport 3 hours before the offical time of departure for the International flights and 2 hours for the Domestic flights.
